Exhibition design, 2010

Pedro Sottomayor was responsible for the exhibition design for the solo show of illustrator Hélder Oliveira, which ran at the Who gallery in Lisbon. Since Oliveira’s work has mainly been published in media outlets such as magazines and newspapers, a large yellow-coloured element reminiscent of a rotary printing press was included in the exhibition space. The apparatus was actually “in working order”, and the sheets rotated so that visitors could see all the illustrations.
This project was carried out in collaboration with Sílvia Prudêncio (graphic design)
