GOBO

Lamp, 2016

Gobo is a suspended lamp that can illuminate large spaces thanks to its unusually broad scale. With its slim brass structure, the lamp is a statement piece for any interior. Whilst Gobo’s considerable size is an inescapable feature, the elegance of its construction gives it a certain lightness. The lamp uses a single light source that is spread both upwards and downwards with the help of a diffusing screen that produces a pleasant and soothing light.
This piece was originally designed for the offices of Sotheby’s International Realty in Portugal.
